Verify your account
The registration is free of charge. Before renting your first bike, we need to verify your payment method. You will be required to deposit a credit of 1 € which can be used in all fare types.
After debit via credit card or verified Paypal account your customer account will be activated immediately. Debitting via credit transfer may take up to four days. You can change your means of payment anytime.

2. Rent & Return
Quick. Simple. Flexible.
In Leverkusen standard bikes as well as ebike are available for you. The rental process is identical.
RENT A BIKE
Scan the QR-code or enter the bike number. The frame lock opens automatically. You can also rent bikes by calling our hotline: +49 (0) 30 69205046. The lock opens automatically so never rent a bike from afar.
PARK A BIKE
You can park your bike without stopping the rental. Activate the park mode in your app and close the lock afterwards. Simply deactivate it again to continue your ride. The lock opens automatically. Therefore do not deactivate the park mode from afar.
RETURN A BIKE
Return your standard bike at any official station in Leverkusen. Close the lock by pressing down the lever. Refresh your app to make sure the rental has been stopped. Check the map for information about stations near you.
RENT A BIKE
VRS chip card owners can rent bikes easily by tapping the chip card at the rear. The lock opens automatically. The account must be linked to the VRS chip card beforehand.
PARK A BIKE
You can park your bike without stopping the rental. Activate the park mode in your app and close the lock afterwards. Simply deactivate it again to continue your ride. The lock opens automatically. Therefore do not deactivate the park mode from afar.
RETURN A BIKE
Return your bike at any official station in Leverkusen. Close the lock by pressing down the lever. Refresh your app to make sure the rental has been stopped. Check the map for information about stations near you.
4 bikes on one account:
You can rent up to four bikes at the same time using one account. Free minutes or special rates will only apply to the first bike, though.
VRS Chip card owners
You have a VRS chip card? Get the first 30 minutes per rental in Leverkusen and with KVB-Rad Cologne and RVK e-Bike, and the first 30 minutes per day with nextbike Bonn for free (except for SchülerTicket). The accounts can be linked by choosing VRS as a partner in your customer account. For verification provide your VRS chipcard customer number as printed on the card.
Service fees
Returning bikes outside official stations within Leverkusen is not allowed. A service fee of min. 20€ will apply. All prices and fees can be found in our price list.
