Info about bike return
Dear RSVG users,
we have noticed that our standard bikes are increasingly returned incorrectly to e-bike stations.
Please make sure that you place our standard bikes in the open spaces of the e-bike stations. Do not push them into the charging stands!
The charging stands are intended exclusively for e-bikes, otherwise they will be damaged. In the map of our app you can always look up where you can return which bikes.
